| Qualifications |
- Each dealer must accrue $200,000 in total qualifying sales in 2009 from MSI HVAC. Of that, $150,000 must be in qualifying Allied equipment. Sales applied towards My MSI Rewards merchandise cannot be applied towards the trip as well.
- Orders must be shipped and invoiced to count as qualifying sales (pre-orders don’t count).
- Sales taxes, freight charges, shipping & handling and other miscellaneous charges don’t count as qualifying sales.
- Certain special competitive quotations may not count as qualifying sales. If that’s the case, we will let you know before you place those orders.
- One Trip = two people, double occupancy. You can qualify for more than one Trip—purchasing double the minimum requirements earns you two Trips (maximum of two).
- There is a registration fee of $500 per trip.
- Your online registrations must be completed and your registration fee must be received no later than Monday, August 31, 2009.
- All attendees agree to release MSI HVAC and Allied Air from any liability related to the Trip by agreeing to the Waiver of Responsibility on the online registration form.
- MSI HVAC’s Credit Department must certify your account as current and in good standing at the time of final name registration (approximately October 30, 2009).
- You must return all required information, including but not limited to attendee names, waivers, registration fees and tour registrations by the deadlines as announced. If you request changes after a deadline has passed, we will attempt to accommodate them but cannot guarantee they can be made. You agree to pay any penalties the changes incur.

Q: How will we know if we’re qualifying?
A: We’ll send you regular updates showing your progress.
Q: We’ve taken the kids on MSI Trips in the past. Can we still do that?
A: Yes! You may bring your children at your expense—contact us for a price quote. Room occupancy, of course, will be subject to the rules of the resort.
Q: What does that mean?
A: Depending on your children’s ages they may stay in your room at an extra charge, or stay in a separate room at an extra charge. There are also maximum room occupancy rules. Contact us for details.
Q: We don’t think we’ll qualify this year, but we’d really like to attend. Can we buy in?
A: Yes! You must meet half of the required qualifying totals. Contact us for additional details.
Q: We only plan on using one Trip this year. Can we roll over our unused funds for next year’s Trip?
A: No, if you attend this year’s Trip you cannot roll over any unused funds to next year’s group Trip. However, you can apply your funds towards a variety of travel and merchandise through My MSI Rewards.
Q: What happens to the registration fee if we enroll but don’t attend?
A: We will subtract any cancellation fees and refund you the difference. Registration fees will not be refunded 4 months prior to the Trip date.
Q: It isn’t the best time for us. Can we arrange something else?
A: Yes! You may apply your points to a variety of travel options through My MSI Rewards.
Q: We’re not really interested in that Trip. Can we substitute some place else?
A: Yes! You may apply your points to a variety of travel options through My MSI Rewards.
Q: Who in our company is eligible to attend?
A: The Trip is awarded to your company; you may send whoever you choose within your company.
Q: Does that include children?
A: Yes! For example, if your company qualifies for two Trips (four attendees), it may award it to a couple and their two children. In that case, there would be no extra charge for their attendance.
Q: Is there a chance the Trip will change?
A: Circumstances beyond MSI HVAC’s control may cause things such as a delay, changes in venue or tours, or cancellation. You agree not to hold us liable for any losses you incur should a change happen. If any of these changes occur, we’ll make every effort to substitute a similar trip of equal value as quickly as possible.
Prior to the Trip, we’ll send you more information about the resort, suggested things to bring and requirements for travel.
